- Placement Volume: The number of work pass successfully approved for agency in a year. The bigger the number, the better it is.
- Transfer Rate: Percentage of maid placed by agency who has transferred to 3 or more employers in a year. The smaller the percentage, the more successful placement made by the agency.
- Retention Rate: Percentage of maid placed by agency who worked for 1 year under same employer. Look for higher rate retention.
- Demerit Point: Employment Agency Act is placed to regulate agencies conduct, provide a safe environment in the industry and the public. Violation of the Act is penalized and given demerit point, which may result in license being suspended/ revoked.
